What the site is

The site presents the studio's services, prices, gallery and working hours and lets you book an appointment online, as a guest or with an account. How we use your personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.

Booking

A booking is a request, not a guarantee. It becomes final when we confirm it: instantly if you have an approved account, or after Mariya reviews the request — either way you receive an email. If we do not confirm a request within a short window it lapses, the time is released and we let you know by email.

Appointments can be booked with some notice and up to a cut-off time for the next day, as shown on the site. Please book only if you genuinely intend to come, and give correct details so we can reach you.

Prices and payment

Prices are in euro and are those shown on the site at the time of booking. Promo codes apply under the conditions they were issued with, and the discount is applied when you pay in the studio. Payment is made in person — the site does not take payments.

Cancellation and no-shows

You can cancel at any time before the appointment starts, through the link in your confirmation email or from your account. An appointment that has already passed cannot be cancelled online. We may also cancel or move an appointment in case of illness or unforeseen circumstances, and will tell you as early as we can.

Accounts

An account is created only through a link sent to your email. You are responsible for your password and for anything done from your account. We may refuse or cancel requests made with false details or in a way that disrupts the studio's work.

Content

The text, photos, logo and everything else on this site and on our Facebook, Instagram and TikTok profiles belong to the studio. Do not use them without our written consent.

Liability

We do our best to keep the site available at all times but cannot promise it will never be interrupted. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under Bulgarian law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Bulgaria. Disputes we cannot settle by talking are brought before the competent Bulgarian court. As a consumer you may also turn to the Bulgarian Commission for Consumer Protection (kzp.bg).
